Yes! Inexpensive flat items such as cord necklaces will be shipped in non-trackable envelopes at a much lower cost. The buyer may upgrade to a trackable method during checkout.
Higher value items may ship with insurance or signature required at our discretion. You may also purchase insurance at checkout if desired. We ship all our items via US Mail, or FedEx (overnight only). Due to the risk of loss in some countries, we are not responsible for items lost after arrival in their destination country. We have shipped hundreds of items internationally and lost shipments are extremely rare. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the purchased item is eligible for import and for any import or excise fees. Do you offer layaway / payment plans?
Yes!We are happy to offer layaway on any order of $75 or more. Contact us with your requested payment frequency and amounts. (for example, 3 payments of $25, bi-weekly)
Layaway payments are refundable, minus a 10% restocking fee. Ring Sizing & Substitutions
Resizing takes from 3-7 business days, depending on the time of year. Note that resized rings are not eligible for return. Reducing a ring in size is $25. Increasing in size is $50 and up, depending on the type of gold and the width and thickness of the ring. Contact us prior to purchasing to discuss your options. Not all rings can be resized. SUBSTITUTIONS & CUSTOMIZING Most necklaces can be swapped for a different size, style or material for little or no cost. We are happy to add jump rings to jewelry, shorten bracelets, remove parts, or make other requested adjustments that do not require soldering or producing new parts. Let us know what you need and we will do our best to make it so. Do you take consignment items?
Yes! We offer consignment for items made of precious metal or gemstones. Items are offered for sale on Etsy and our own website. Consignment fees range from 10% to 25% the net sale (after Etsy fees and shipping charges). The higher the item value, the lower the percentage. We cover the cost of cleaning and polishing, photography and listing fees.Seller covers the cost of appraisals, shipping, insurance, and any repairs needed prior to listing.

All vintage jewelry comes in a decorative bag, or item-appropriate box. Let us know if you need a box that can be wrapped. We offer several types of gift wrap for a small fee. Let us know if you need a specific color or something special. What are your shipping options in the US?
All orders of $50 or of at least 3 items ship free via trackable first class mail. Orders over $150 will receive a free priority mail upgrade. Some items, including cord necklaces, buttons and scarves ship free in non-trackable flat envelopes. You can upgrade these items to trackable shipping for a small shipping fee. Non-trackable shipments are sent at the buyers risk and will not be replaced if lost.

We are happy to refund any items returned in the same condition they are shipped out, with the exception of handmade necklaces and resized items, which cannot be returned.
Contact us within 5 days of receipt, return the package in 14 days. International orders for sale priced items are non-returnable. Cleaning, Polishing & Patina
We clean most jewelry items, either by hand or using a sonic cleaner. This ensures the items are ready for wear when you receive them. Some pieces are too delicate to clean.
As our inventory is mostly vintage and antique items, some pieces have developed a natural patina. For items where buyers typically prefer the original patina intact, we will offer the item for sale in its aged condition. If you would like an item of precious metal polished to remove the patina, simply make the request during checkout. We are happy to polish it to a bright shine before shipping. Non-jewelry items are typically not cleaned, other than to wipe off surface dust. Some items may arrive with a slight odor, typically of collectibles and antiques. Broken Items
All items are inspected just prior to shipping to ensure they are in good condition, and hand-packaged with care to prevent breakage. Report broken items to your shipper. Due to the delicate nature of some vintage pieces, items that arrive intact but break after you receive them are not eligible for a refund.
How do you package your items?
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your purchase during shipping. Most items ship in a bubble mailer with an additional protective cushion if needed. Gold and silver rings are generally shipped in a ring box. High-dollar items will ship in an appropriate box. All other jewelry is typically placed in a colorful, reusable drawstring bag, which is wonderful for gift-giving. Let us know if you prefer a specific color.
